US Patent No. 11,730,685 B2 (Maria Buchalova, Teanoosh Moaddel); Conopco, Inc. (dba Unilever) Englewood Cliffs, NJ, has patented a booster oil with a peroxide value from 0 to 4 meq/kg and a polarity index from 20 to 80 mN/m comprised of caprylic capric triglyceride and less than 2.5% by weight water; and an oil soluble active that consists essentially of retinyl propionate and 4-hexyl resorcinol.
